Description island VischplaatThe uninhabited very small island of Vischplaat is part of (the island group) Biesbosch-islands and is located in the country of The Netherlands, Western Europe. The surface-area of the island is 0.740 km2 and is therefore 0.002 x times greater than the island of Isle of Wight. The island lies in the Biesbosch and the total coastal length is about 4.9 km and the dimensions of the island are approximately 2.4 km by 0.50 km (maximum width). The island is West-southwest - East-northeast oriented. The highest point is only 7 meter.
